Problem:

MediaTeam Marketing Group has grown significantly over the past few years, thanks to its creative excellence. Customers have come to know of the company through referrals and marketing campaigns. Problem:

Managing a large portfolio of properties, Investments Limited did not have a list of all their properties online, or have pricing and detailed information on each individual property. With constantly changing rental and listing pricing, the costs of having a web site company manage maintenance proved to be inefficient and costly. In addition, the client's website did not match its image, traffic was very low and their online sales and leads were not at its full potential.

Royal Palm Place is a brand new mixed use development, located in the heart of downtown Boca Raton, FL. This $65 Million development consists of luxury residential apartments, penthouses, and 65,000 square feet of retail and office.

Problem:

Part of the existing building was torn down to accommodate the new mixed-use concept. The current website did not give a corporate image and at the same time an informational product that a $65 Million project commanded.

Solution:

A website inspired by the 'village style concept' was created to serve the needs of both prospective residents as well as business owners . Keeping the Royal Palm Place development's theme of 'live, work and play' the website included rental features, events, marketing news, etc ensuring an information-rich experience. This gave the commercial renters a sense of free publicity and residential renters an online directory to shops, restaurants and services.

Proven Results:

In addition to an improvement in the number of hits to the website, the client was able to achieve results in less than 5 months from opening of the apartments. The client informed us, they received an amazingly high number of online inquiries via the website. Amazingly, the apartment rentals boasted a 94% occupancy within five months of operation. With then market conditions, this was a record number of leases in such a short time period.
