The parties agree that the state and federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, have exclusive jurisdiction over all controversies arising under this agreement. Both parties agree that venue is proper in those courts.
Privacy Policy
Cenango collects personal information such as your email address, name, home or work address, and telephone number. We use this information solely to bill your online purchases and services.
We do not collect any information about your computer hardware or software.
Our website may link to external sites. We encourage you to review the privacy statements of any website you visit through our links, so you understand how those sites collect, use, and share your information. We are not responsible for the privacy statements or content of websites outside of cenango.com.
Refund Policy
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due at the time of contract signing.
If a web design project is cancelled by either party:
- The client receives a refund of all fees paid beyond the deposit amount.
- Development work already completed by the cancellation date is deducted at a rate of $75 per hour.
- Refunds are processed and delivered within 5 business days of the cancellation date.
